Governance

How NetzSec operates.

NetzSec is independently operated as a German sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen). It is privately managed and not funded by venture capital firms or external investors. ZeroTrace and our other tools are NetzSec product lines; all decisions remain internal.

NetzSec is based in Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The service operates under applicable German law and European Union data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

NetzSec operates as a registered German sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen). It is not incorporated as a corporation and currently has no employees.

NetzSec does not implement user activity logging or behavioral tracking. We do not track actions like script views or account modifications. We store only the data required to provide features such as saved scripts and account identifiers.

If NetzSec receives a legally binding request under applicable German or EU law, we can provide only information that we technically possess. Because we do not retain user activity logs or tracking data, we generally cannot provide historical usage information.
