We are registered with the Stiftung Elektro-Altgeräte Register (stiftung-ear.de) under the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG) for the electronic devices placed on the German market, USB-powered ZeroTrace hardware in Gerätekategorie 6 (small IT and telecommunications equipment).

End-of-life devices may be returned free of charge to the provider address above for proper disposal in accordance with the ElektroG.

VerpackG / LUCID Registration

We are registered with the Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister, Osnabrück) in accordance with the German Packaging Act (VerpackG). Shipping and product packaging placed on the German market is licensed through our dual-system partner Interzero Recycling Alliance GmbH.

CE Conformity (Hardware)

We resell genuine Espressif ESP32-S3 modules pre-flashed with our firmware under the ZeroTrace product line. The manufacturer's CE marking and conformity documentation continues to apply; the firmware does not alter the radio parameters, antenna configuration, or transmit power.

Dispute Resolution (§36 VSBG)

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on this website in accordance with §7 Abs. 1 DDG (Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz, which replaced the Telemediengesetz on 14 May 2024) and the general statutory provisions. Pursuant to Art. 8 of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) and §§7 to 10 DDG we are, however, under no obligation to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, nor to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general statutory provisions remain unaffected. Any liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the moment we obtain knowledge of a concrete legal violation. On receipt of substantiated notice of a violation, we will remove the content concerned without delay.
